ANNOTATION

From a good agile coach to a great one, with deeper coaching skills

We will explore coaching competencies specific to agile coaches as defined by the International Coach Federation (ICF), including mindset and different levels of coaching skills. We will explore when and how to use coaching skills in an agile environment to be effective and achieve results. We will learn how to deepen your coaching skills and become a great agile coach. We will spend ⅔ of the time on 1:1 coaching skills and mindset and ⅓ of the time on coaching teams in the context of agility.

You’ll get information, frameworks and practical guidance that you can apply immediately in your practice. I’ll guide you through hands-on practice in pairs or small groups to give you a personal coaching experience. You will discover new perspectives and opportunities to develop your coaching skills and create new habits for continuous learning. You will gain motivation and inspiration by sharing experiences with other agile coaches during the workshop.
